Van Minh Ltd was established on 2007, November 22 nd . Its head quarter is placed at Eastern bus station, Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city, Nghe An province
Van Minh’s branches of passenger transport and goods delivery are placed in cities such as Hai Phong, Ha Noi, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh.
HUMAN RESOURCES
The number of Van Minh staff started at 10. After 12 years, this number increased to 790 in which there are 64 bus drivers
and 13 truck drivers.
Van Minh staff are professional, devoted and experienced one who promise to bring customers a secure and pleasure. In
addition, Van Minh also applies new technology in business, providing customers with speedy, advanced and trendy services.
With a policy of recruiting the talented, the number of Van Minh staff is increasing, followed by good qualification. Van Minh
board of directors and staff are always aware of the importance of learning from the practices as well as professional training
courses organized by the Company.
FINANCIAL CAPACITY
Van Minh has gained stable increases in sales and profits over the last five years.
Van Minh’s charter capital in the year of establishment is over 1.200.000 dollars.
COMPANY’S HISTORY
2007: 02 high-quality sleeper buses running on the route of Cua Lo – Vinh – Hanoi and returning on this route.
2009: Opening a new route of Ha Tinh – Ha Noi and Ha Noi – Ha Tinh, increasing the number of sleeper buses to 10 and 01 picking up bus.
2016: Starting a new field of express and delivery.
2019: 35 offices of ticket selling and good delivery, 60 good delivery trucks and passenger buses (15.4-ton truck: 04; 6.4-ton truck: 02; 1.25-ton truck: 54; sleeper buses: 27; picking-up buses: 13).
2019: Grand open of Labor Sending Department, training and sending labor to work in Germany, Taiwan and Japan.
DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES
Our target is opening new branches of passenger transport and good delivery in other provinces of Vietnam. In addition, a
new bus station of Van Minh is being operated for the scope of Nghe an province. We are heading to be a strong group of Viet Nam.
TYPES OF SERVICES
PASSENGER TRANSPORT
Van Minh is now running 27 high-quality sleeper buses in which there are 23 thirty-eight bed buses, 2 twenty-eight bed buses
and 2 twenty bed buses.
Each bus is equipped with a toilet, free Wi-fi. Each bed is equipped with a blanket, a pillow and a plugger. Especially, as for
twenty-eight and twenty bed buses are installed with an LCD screen, a headphone and a curtain.
Van Minh has 118 drivers, 64 out of whom are sleeper bus drivers and 13 of whom are truck drivers.
VAN MINH EXPRESS
Van Minh Express started in 2016 to meet the needs of local customers. This business field has developed very fast with 34 offices in 7 provinces of Vietnam. The slogan of Van Minh Express is “Speedy – Professional – Guaranteeing”.
BUS STATION SERVICES
Van Minh is holding a grand open ceremony for its new bus station located at Village 3, Nghi Phu commune, Nghe An
province in December 2019. The budget for constructing the bus station in the area of 15.000m2 is 3.450.000 USD. This is Type II bus station according to Vietnam Standard. It is considered one of the most modern bus stations in Vinh city and expected to
contribute to the development of the city.
LABOR SENDING
Regarding the field of labor sending, it is a new investment of Van Minh in 2019. Van Minh started to train vocational skills
and teach German and Japanese languages for labors in order to send them to work in German, Taiwan and Japan.
